About Felicia Saraceno
Real Estate Professtional & Senior Living Advisor
As a trusted realtor for my clients, I understand that selling and/or
buying a home is truly complex and deeply personal. There is also
a lot at stake financially and can be an emotional experience. This
perspective on the process and the responsibility felt towards my
clients drives me to truly be an expert at my job. I understand the
market, the players and all of the variables involved in a real estate
transaction. I want to ensure you feel supported and that you have
a trusted advisor by your side.
As a seller, you want to effectively (a beautifully) market your home
and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and
cleanest terms for the transaction. As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help you buy the right home, at the best price. In other words, you want to make sure you do not leave any money on the table. This is where our team of professionals steps in to partner with you as your consultant, negotiator and project manager.
I have twenty years’ experience as a real estate investor, which in turn propelled me to launch a career in real estate. I am also a certified dementia with over ten years of experience in the senior living industry as an executive director and sale director. I am also a senior living advisor which helps seniors along with their families navigate the complex aspect of senior living. The search of transitional care needs can be assisted living, memory care and continuing care retirement communities.
